THE GIST: As SHADOW's Influencer Director, you will oversee the agency's talent and influencer-based initiatives, and collaborate across teams and divisions to lend your excellent personal talent relationships in support of agency activations.

AS DIRECTOR OF INFLUENCER, YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

  • Thoughtfully developing celebrity and influencer strategies for SHADOW's full client roster, tailored to the unique needs and market position of each particular brand.
  • Executing your deals and strategies autonomously, from ideating and pitching, to negotiating and delivering.
  • Tracking and measuring results, always, for a data-driven approach.
  • Mentoring and managing a junior team, while also working closely with account teams across the agency.
  • Continuously cultivating relationships with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists and assistants.

IF YOU'RE RIGHT FOR THE ROLE, THE FOLLOWING SHOULD DESCRIBE YOU:

  • Deeply connected with talent, influencers, managers, agents, stylists and assistants who have strong partnership potential with SHADOW's clients.
  • Experienced in talent booking and contract negotiation, with a real understanding of the commonplace operational processes in this still-new industry.
  • Dynamic and able to perform seamlessly within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting.
  • Fluent across all established and emerging social media platforms, with an understanding of the nuances of each. You have extensive experience working on campaigns across all platforms.
  • Pop culture and entertainment-obsessed, you maintain an interest and appetite for creating new relationships, not just relying on existing ones.
