Kyra’s a global creator economy company that bridges the gap between brands and TikTok creators. We are a team of creators at our core, producing best-in-class social content geared for Gen-Z while accelerating a world for creators to do the same with ease.

Our portfolio encompasses Kyra Originals, our originally produced TikTok channel that reaches more than 13M monthly viewers; Kyra Profile, our Gen Z creator incubator program; Kyra Studios, our production studio that creates social content on behalf of brands.

This year we raised $10 million in Series A funding to build & launch a brand new platform that will revolutionize the creator economy as we know it by empowering creators. The Kyra platform is a place where creators find new deals with the best brands in the world and get paid for pursuing their passions.

We work with a diverse slate of creators including Abby Roberts, Iconicakes, and Nintendo Grl, and global blue-chip brands such as Nike, Converse, Levi’s, Calvin Klein and more.

Reporting to: Director of Casting

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per annum

As a remote-first company you will be working across multiple time zones with team members located across the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States (New York & LA).

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

The Casting Coordinator will work within the Kyra Creator Department, working closely with Production (Creative Producers), Brand Partnerships and Creative Teams, to propose talent for large partnerships, outreach and negotiate fees. You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and supporting the identification of Creators for a range of media campaigns across various social media platforms across all Kyra projects spanning Studios, Originals and the Kyra Platform
  • Working with the Creative team to talent search in line with creative development and present recommendations internally to the team
  • Representing the company in negotiations with talent and their agencies or managers
  • Distributing talent agreements
  • Advising relevant stakeholders on creation of creator budgets and media usage rights
  • Advising other Kyra departments on best practices when working with creators
  • Creating creator presentation materials and presenting to clients
  • Attending physical shoots where necessary
  • Monitoring assigned projects from ideation to delivery, ensuring budgets and timelines are adhered to
  • Maintaining a database of external Talent for Kyra Studio, Digital projects and all historic Creator rates and usage fees for cross departmental referral
  • Working with our Kyra Talent team to identify and contact new talent for management representation
  • Collaborating with the Community Management arm of the department to build and maintain relationships with Creators to onboard onto the Kyra Platform
  • Collaboratively building and maintaining a database of Creators with the Creator Management team for the Kyra Creator network
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are managed to a high-standard and distributed to senior stakeholders where appropriate
  • Managing departmental administrative tasks where required.

🌱 To thrive in this role we think you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in production, talent booking or similar roles in the media industry.
  • A good understanding of platforms for Gen Z (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc).
  • Previous experience in a creative environment such as an agency, studio production or brand publisher.

📊 How we’ll measure your success:

In your first 90 days we’ll expect you to:

  • Be capable of autonomously interpreting creative briefs, sourcing and presenting creators to clients on a minimum of 60% of Kyra projects assigned to you.
  • Be capable of autonomously managing a minimum of 40% of post-sale projects assigned to you.

  • you are deeply inquisitive and your curiosity is a strength that has led to your professional growth
  • you’re a Gen-Z aficionado and you have a healthy obsession with exploring fashion, beauty, music creators etc on TikTok.
