What We Need: The Brand and Community Marketing Manager is a vital role in helping Decibullz meet its ambitious growth plans. This role will be responsible for growing and optimizing Decibullz-owned DTC marketing channels (email, SMS, and social media). Our ideal candidate has first-hand experience rapidly growing a brand’s reach and engagement through the use of email, SMS, influencers, and social media.

This position will require a keen growth mindset and the ability to strategically leverage the latest software and trends to grow and engage Decibullz consumers. The candidate will need to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to maintain alignment on companywide goals and initiatives. The role will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the strategies needed to grow the Decibullz user base (followers) and increase user engagement across all current and future social media platforms
  • Oversee all aspects of Decibullz email marketing for both B2B and B2C
  • Manage all aspects of Decibullz SMS marketing
  • Create and maintain post-purchase (nurturing) email campaigns and flows to increase user satisfaction
  • Segment users based on interest to deliver engaging, customized, and targeted content
  • Create and maintain the Decibullz social media content calendar using appropriate hashtags and SEO tactics
  • Create and maintain Decibullz influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs
  • Work with Decibullz leadership to create the annual email, SMS, and social media strategy, objectives, and goals needed to meet or exceed company goals
  • Work with internal and external teams to create compelling strategies, track results, and adjust plans based on analytics, A/B testing, and feedback
  • Work with Decibullz’s internal and external creative teams to develop quality and engaging digital content
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media, SMS, and email technology, platforms, marketplaces, strategies, and trends to keep Decibullz ahead of the curve
  • Deliver periodic overviews, learnings & POVs on what is working, what isn't, and how to improve email and social media performance
  • Manage and update the Decibullz official LinkedIn page

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of social media strategy and management
  • Experience acquiring and managing influencers
  • Proficient in using the Klaviyo email platform
  • Creating and executing strategic growth plans
  • Passionate problem solver with strong creative and analytical skills
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, agile, collaborative, and culture-focused company
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications
  • Must be creative and able to adjust quickly to changes.
  • Ability to analyze data sets and leverage data to drive meaningful action
  • Critical thinking problem solving skills
