Influencer Marketing Program Manager

THE ROLE: We are looking for an energetic and creative client engagement professional to help deliver programs that exceed client goals. This person will work on multiple campaigns and must be an advocate of social media, influencer and content marketing. Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Contribute to the execution of programs including the following:
  • Establish program strategy,
  • Draft program communications,
  • Guide influencers in content creation,
  • Report on campaign performance
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, influencers and internal team members.
  • Effective and profitable management of client relationships including program development and delivery, ensuring client satisfaction

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 - 3 years experience in client management or marketing, with influencer marketing/social media marketing experience. Agency experience a plus.
  • Passion for client service
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, tasks and clients simultaneously
  • Solid grasp of social media performance metrics
  • Experience with multiple social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & Pinterest
