Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to identify, recruit, and coordinate influencers for our performance marketing ads.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and manage campaigns with social media creators and influencers on TikTok and other platforms
- Identify, recruit and coordinate influencers
- Manage influencer contract negotiations
- Build relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
- Help direct creators in capturing effective, on-brand content
- Assist in overall influencer strategy and in creating goals/KPI’s
- Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
- Keep up to date with creative trends across social (especially TikTok)
- Stay on the cutting-edge of trends in performance marketing and bring insights from how competitors are using influencers effectively
- Continuously improve by analyzing internal and external data, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information to achieve the business’s growth and marketing goals
- Manage up consistently and effectively
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, specifically working with influencers on gifted, paid, and affiliate partnerships
- Proactive approach to planning and working cross-functionally. The ideal candidate is an “aggressive self-starter”
- Passionate about pets
- Results-oriented; prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others
- Bonus if you have an existing network of influencers, creators, or agencies from previous roles
JOB DETAILS
- This is a full-time, exempt position
- The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000
- PrettyLitter is a fully remote company, generally working Pacific Time hours
- This role will travel up to 2 weeks per year for company retreats and meet-ups
