Welcome to Seven Willows, LLC! We are a blossoming social media agency focusing on intuitive, relationship-building, and holistic approaches to social media marketing. We are looking for a content creator and account manager to assist in the success of our client's social media accounts.

PLEASE READ: This position is a part-time contractor position starting at $26 an hour. We are a remote company desiring to foster a supportive community of team members that can lean on each other and grow. The hours within this role may fluctuate depending on project tasks and client retention. We are looking for US based applicants only.

Here are some of the tasks of the role to be executed:

  • Creation of Captions & Creative Content on Various Platforms [ Copywriting & Graphic Design ]
  • Create Content in Timely Fashion
  • Publish Content at Specific Times of the Week/Day
  • Reels & TikTok Video Creation & Editing
  • Pinterest Management [ Idea Pins, Graphics, Captions, & Scheduling ]
  • Instagram Engagement and Lead Generation [ Community Management & Outreach ]
  • LinkedIn Engagement & Lead Generation
  • Email Marketing & Funnel Creation [ Newsletters, Opt-Ins, etc. ]
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns for Client Accounts
  • Analysis & Reporting on Account Health, Growth, and Progress
  • Collaboration of Strategy & Implementation of Account Growth & Client Retention
  • Create & Implement Marketing Strategies
  • Oversees Client Packages and Implements Tasks
  • Update Client Engagement Spreadsheet with Warm/New Leads + Connections
  • Attendance of Monthly Team Meetings & Bi-Weekly 1:1 Meetings

  • Can Adapt to Client Voice & Messaging
  • Collaborate with Team & Foster Relationships
  • Stay Up to Date on Trends
  • Can Implements Tasks without Guidance
  • Takes Creative Interest

What your week looks like:

  • Content Creation & Scheduling Two Weeks at a Time
  • Submitting Content Concepts to Clients and/or Team
  • Posting Content 3-5 Times a Week to Client Accounts and Insuring of Proper Posting
  • Posting Stories to the Client Accounts
  • Checking Company Email & Slack Channel for Team + Client Communications
  • Performing Engagement on Platforms, Checking DM's, Responding to comments
  • Creating Weekly Analytics Reports Each Monday
  • Bi-Weekly Meetings with the CEO
