Are you someone who enjoys collaborating across sales, product, and analytics to meaningfully consider a company’s impact on customers? Tomo is seeking a creative, data & customer driven lifecycle marketer to help bring the Tomo brand to life. You will lead engagement with homebuyers via nurture communications across the whole of a customer lifecycle, helping build Tomo into the most trusted mortgage brand in the industry.
This role is based in our Stamford, CT office Monday - Wednesday, and is remote-optional Thursday & Fridays.
The things you'll be doing...
- Drive consideration, engagement and conversation of customers by developing a world class lifecycle program that keeps Tomo top-of-mind with homebuyers.
- Develop, lead, and oversee all strategy creation and planning for email and SMS databases to increase new customer engagement and re engage churned customers
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity across different segments, generate data-driven hypotheses and develop processes for A/B testing and iterations within campaigns.
- Define how to establish and track the health of channels through regular reviews of content performance, mitigating immediately when health declines
- Build and manage weekly + monthly marketing channel performance data, with our data team, to create recommendations on ways to further optimize for scale
- Partner with sales, product, and design to ensure a holistic and cohesive customer experience throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate with data science, product, and engineering teams to define requirements to ensure the right data are available for relevant, personalized, and real-time campaigns
- Be the expert on customer nurture to drive understanding of impact and identify areas of opportunity for greatest impact.
- Communicate with cross-functional partners and leaders to share performance, insights, and new opportunities.
The things you're a GOAT at...
- Understanding marketing, sales funnels and customer journeys
- HubSpot, or a similar CRM system
- Using your deep knowledge of a customer journey to effectively market with industry best practices
- Digital product branding
- Experience executing and managing communication and sales campaigns through major email service providers (Hubspot & Iterable strongly preferred)
- Transforming data into insights, with a continuous desire to improve performance
- Conversant in the latest digital creative trends and techniques, with informed opinions about when and where to utilize based on various objectives.
- Bringing a problem solving and “no job is too small” mindset
- Problem perception and self starting- we value ludicrous speed
You may also have the extras...
- Experience working in a small/startup environment
- Broad understanding of sales and marketing technology stacks
- Experience writing customer-facing e-mail and SMS content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to a specific customer segment/experience.
- 5+ Years within marketing, social or growth roles
