The CSBB Chief Marketing Office provides marketing support for the CSBB businesses and the Marketing Centers of Excellence (COE) support for marketing needs across the enterprise. The team has accountability to define the line of business marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns.

The mission of CSBB Consumer Marketing is to deliver financial solutions that rebuild trust and meet the needs of our key consumer segments by using data-driven insights and personalized marketing capabilities that create incremental customer growth, build deep relationships and improve customer experience. In support of this mission, the CSBB Digital Engagement Marketing team is responsible for developing and launching marketing strategies for new products/services and plans in support of Digital Products and Services including the Wells Fargo Mobile App. This role will leveraging deep insights and analytics about consumers and businesses; executing customer messaging across all channels and touch points; and leveraging capabilities that move toward real-time, always-on, personalized and compelling messaging and digital experiences.

The Lead Marketing Consultant position on the CSBB Digital Engagement Program Strategy & Delivery Marketing team will focus on developing complex marketing campaigns with an emphasis on organic social media across digital and financial health programs.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of financial digital products and services, organic social media and have experience building successful data driven campaigns. Candidate must possess strong project management, time management and communication skills (both written and verbal), be clearly able to articulate a problem/opportunity, conceptualize solutions and work with partners to flawlessly execute with reduced risk while meeting timely deadlines. Candidate must have a bias towards action and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks with clear, actionable deliverables and timing. The candidate must have analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate campaign performance data and formulate effective marketing program execution recommendations across multiple channels to optimize performance.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop, execute and launch marketing strategies focusing on organic social for new financial health products and services and other digital engagement campaigns across multiple teams.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of multi-channel complex marketing initiatives from conception to completion- includes opportunity sizing, proof of concept design and testing, and managing overall program implementation in a timely fashion.
  • Execute campaign deliverables and proactively communicate progress of key milestones to stakeholders, managing timelines and deliverables to meet agreed upon launch dates.
  • Analyze data and report and recommend improvements to management regarding marketing performance and optimization
  • Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
  • Utilize a customer centric focus across marketing plans to ensure the marketing experience meets and exceeds customer needs and expectations.
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
  • Collaborate and consult with other product marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units, alliance partners marketing team, business partners and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing campaign management and execution experience
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid social media including best practices for content development and optimization of marketing programs.
  • Experience with new, large scale marketing campaign launches across various marketing channels.
  • Ability to analyze trends in the competitive marketplace and related marketing developments
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategies
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding project management and time management skills, be a strong influencer with the ability to clearly articulate a problem/opportunity, conceptualize solutions and work with COEs/partners to gain their support and flawlessly execute with reduced risk and within deadlines.
  • Bias to action and demonstrate the ability to translate and prioritize initiatives with clear, actionable deliverables and timing.
  • Ability to successfully juggle multiple campaign execution tasks while meeting aggressive timelines.

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Annual
