Essential
Ritual is searching for a Sr. Manager of Paid Social & Growth Creative to run key paid social channels that include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, and direct the creative output of our in-house creative studio. The Sr. Manager will join the Growth Team responsible for efficiently acquiring customers at Ritual. The ideal candidate is creative, inquisitive, gritty, and a fast learner. You will report to the Associate Director of Digital Marketing, as well as work cross-functionally with other teams including: creative, brand, consumer insights, influencer, affiliate, digital product, and more.
What You'll Do
- Day-to-day management of paid social ad platforms that include Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok
- Direct the creative output of our best in class creative studio for all growth marketing channels
- Partner with our influencer and social teams to source ad content and creative
- Keep up-to-date with ever-changing industry best practices, marketing trends, and new channel features
- Analyze & report on daily, weekly and monthly channel metrics to provide key learnings and actionable insights
- Manage relationships with external partners, publishers, and networks to contribute to our customer acquisition goals
Who You Are
- Experienced paid social media buyer: You know the ins and outs of paid social media buying, and are passionate about driving performance.

What You'll Need
- Experience: 3 years of experience directing growth creative and managing paid social ad accounts
- Proficient in Google Suite products (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc)
- Results-driven, relationships-driven, data driven.
- Fast learner and natural collaborator
- Creative and ideas-oriented
- An understanding of direct-to-consumer business metrics (CPA, LTV, etc.)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Pinterest Ads
- Experience with Looker or another visual analytics tool
- Proficient in photoshop
- A passion for health & wellness
Compensation & Benefits
- PAY RANGE: $90,000 - $140,000
- Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
