The QYOU is looking for an Influencer + Talent Research Assistant to join our award-winning Influencer Marketing firm. At The QYOU, we harness the power of influencers and their communities by launching award-winning social media campaigns with leading entertainment brands, including DreamWorks Universal, Paramount, Sony, Lionsgate, Hasbro, Capcom and many more!

As an Influencer + Talent Research Assistant, you will work closely with internal teams to support talent research, sourcing, reporting, and general team organization during both pre and post sale of a campaign. This role will report to the Director of Talent Partnerships and VP of Creative.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in influencer sourcing (TikTok obsession is a huge plus!) and analyzing data metrics for specific campaigns. The Talent Research Assistant will also have access to various discovery and analytic tools for sourcing data (Tagger, TikTok’s Creator Marketplace, Trendpop, etc.).

Candidates for this position are highly motivated, adaptable, self-assured team players with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

This fast-paced, multi-faceted role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and ongoing projects within various stages of campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Talent Partnerships and Talent Coordinator with administrative duties such as content review, and updating internal documents / databases
  • Research and source talent for upcoming influencer campaigns, keeping up to date on the latest social media updates and trends.
  • Manage QYOU’s internal ‘Trending Influencer List’ (sourced from internal team’s ongoing research) for potential / current campaigns
  • Update internal campaign documents with updated influencer pricing, average views, audience demographics, etc.
  • Utilize current social media tools (ie. TikTok’s Creator Marketplace, Tagger, Trendpop, etc.) as part of the talent search process while assessing creator fit with campaign RFP/briefs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience; must be a quick learner and not be afraid to ask questions or for help
  • Passionate about digital marketing and the entertainment industry (TV, film, gaming, etc.)
  • Have a basic knowledge of social media marketing, especially on TikTok
  • Up to date with the latest social media trends and fluent in all relevant platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and DropBox
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
