Blockchain Specialist

We’re hiring a Blockchain Specialist/Asset Manager (BAM) for 3 months with a possible extension at Honeyblock, an early-stage, pre-revenue Web3 asset management company that wants to help clients achieve additional financial wealth over time by acquiring, maintaining, and trading NFT investments.

About the Role

• First and foremost I’m looking for a go-getter, a rockstar, an analytical and critical thinker, and a straight shooter in this exciting new venture.

• 2+ years of experience that includes working as an active trader in the NFT and crypto space, with proof of success in portfolio management

• You'll oversee daily client account operations and be responsible for developing, monitoring, and improving asset management strategies.

• Responsible for trading on client accounts and mitigating risk to NFT portfolios, in coordination with the research analyst (alpha) team. The overall objective of this role is to process trades and achieve established revenue targets.

• Work closely with the CEO and COO to manage the company’s individual investor, corporate, and project creator accounts.

• Plan, design, test and implement trading strategies to optimize portfolio growth

• Implement tracking, and deliver reports that provide insights, key takeaways and optimization recommendations

• Communicate with clients periodically, as needed, and to report on account health

• Provide thought leadership and process optimization initiatives

• Build relationships with and manage contractors e.g. alpha and/or whitelist hunters, etc

• Assist in the development of trading strategies and account security procedures

• Understanding of how to perform transactions on the most popular NFT marketplaces, securely brokering trades, digital asset management using digital wallets and NFT portfolio management tools, etc.

• Experience within web3 (blockchain, crypto, NFTs), ideally within a startup environment, is highly preferred

• Passionate about the mission to frequently experiment in NFTs and crypto

Compensation

• $500USD/month, available ~10 hours/week for only 4 days/week

• 30% commission on AUM, subject to change as the company grows, potential to build into a leadership role

• May offer an equity incentive in the future depending on experience
