Compensation: $91,900 to $122,500 Annually

The Email Campaign Manager for eBusiness and ClubLabs will manage the execution and operational workflow for the email marketing channel including scheduling and timely deployment of email campaigns across various product lines (membership, insurance, travel, discounts, automotive, brand, and financial) for multiple regional markets. This position requires exceptional organization and time management skills and will work closely with various members of the Digital Messaging Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage workload of email developers and assign projects accordingly.
  • Manage all Pivotal Tracker campaign task creations, updates, and assignments.
  • Assist with QC/QA efforts on all email campaigns. This includes render checking QC, copy QC, landing page/website QC, personalization QC, and overall management of quality assurance.
  • Assist with development of email marketing roadmap and strategies that support business objectives.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of breadth of member products, services, and benefits.
  • Review competitors and implement best practices for email marketing.
  • Assist with email marketing brand and email identity standards.
  • Attend all internal kick-off meetings with various stakeholders and provide meeting notes/recaps to all parties.
  • Follow-up with business lines if/when materials are past due and escalate, as needed.
  • Oversee all VRMs (Vendor Risk Management).
  • Assist with Email Reporting by pulling weekly data for inclusion in all email campaign reports.
  • Monitor, track, and report on all Automations in the Transactional Business Unit for Email, SMS, and Push.
    • Monitor automation errors 3 times a day.
    • Run biweekly IVR report.
    • Run daily report for SMS.
    • Collaborate with Solutions Architect to assist with additional projects, as needed.
    • Perform other duties, as required.

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience – 3-5 years’ experience and established track record of success in Email Marketing.
    • Ability to prioritize workload, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet demanding deadlines.
    • Knowledge of digital content, best practices, and emerging trends.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working in a collaborative environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Flexibility to make changes and quickly adapt to changing business needs.
    • Willingness to innovate and challenge the status-quo.
    • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Pivotal Tracker, Monday, Asana, Jira)

    Experience with Email Service Providers, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud

    The starting pay range for this position is $91,900 - $122,500 annually. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
