About Our Team

Our team is composed of Editorial Content & Social experts with a goal to share the magic of live music to fans all over the world via amazing, exclusive content. We capture emotive, unique moments that celebrate artists and delight fans with bespoke storytelling. We do this by collaborating with artists, tour marketers and Creators to plan, create and distribute editorial content that fans can’t see anywhere else and can’t wait to share with their friends.

THE JOB

We are looking for a highly organized, Social Media obsessed person who will work closely with the Senior Social Director and be responsible for our overall Social strategy, leading the planning and execution of a high volume of artist-led Live Nation stories and content to live on multiple Social feeds (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). You are a strong communicator, passionate and motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit - able to collaborate with many stakeholders across the business, earn trust and sell ideas to internal teams, work with design teams and direct agency teams to deliver bar-raising Social creative at pace and scale. You will be part of an integrated editorial team, so having a good understanding of the full marketing mix is a plus.

What This Role Will Do

  • Help steer the Live Nation brand strategy and representation on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and any other digital outlets where music fans congregate online at scale
  • Have expert knowledge and able to stay on top of evolving trends on all primary platforms (above) and also research and educate the wider team on newer platforms including Twitch, BeReal, Reddit, Discord and others
  • Have strong relationships with each social channel’s entertainment or other relevant teams to properly maintain awareness of and beta test new and relevant product offerings
  • Ideate Social-first creative, alone, as part of a team and/or by directing multiple agencies to produce ground-breaking content
  • Ability to self shoot on-the-fly mobile phone content for concerts and events for our feeds
  • Proven skills in community management and posting directly onto feed and engaging with fans in our agreed TOV
  • Proven skills in social data and analytics, lead in KPI and metric setting and able to form digestible performance summaries to share with wider business stakeholders
  • Work closely with Social Content, Paid Social and Social Analytics teams to ensure key delivery goals are met

What This Person Will Bring

  • 6-8 years of experience overseeing corporate social media accounts and developing multi-channel content
  • Proven knowledge of trends across social media and within each particular social platform
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to adjust priorities based on new information, meet deadlines, and successfully operate in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience boosting posts on social platforms
  • Relationships with entertainment and/or music marketing teams within each social company
  • Relationships with influencers, influencer management companies and agencies a plus
  • Strong understanding of and experience with social media platforms and their business account backends
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with different levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Experience working with Sprinklr, Spredfast, Sprout, Later, Keyhole, Julius and/or other similar software
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications
