Senior Social Media Strategist
FleishmanHillard Texas is looking for a curious and dynamic Senior Social Media Strategist to join our fast-growing Media & Platforms team. Our team sits at the intersection of earned, paid and owned and is composed of analytics-driven, channel-agnostic strategists who understand the complex modern-day customer journey and are passionate about delivering integrated solutions for clients that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily counsel on channel/platform strategy and best practices to a variety of account teams and clients across several verticals
- Pull data and/or analyze available insights and deliver analysis to inform strategy and activation
- Work in tandem with the account, strategy, analytics and creative teams on integrated program development and execution of omni-channel programs
- Engage in, and support, day-to-day client communication and presentations, including POVs
- Partner with creative and account teams to ideate and implement original engagement tactics, have a shared responsibility in the work
- Build relationships with clients, internal team, and vendor partners
- Cultivate diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the communications, social/digital and/or marketing fields
- Experience in an agency team environment with exposure to creative, digital, paid media, website, search, etc. and a solid understanding of how PR connects and enhances those disciplines
- Solid understanding of the full marketing ecosystem inclusive of paid, social, influencer and PR
- Understand the value of earned programming and how PR has evolved and translates in today’s complex media environment
- Fluent with a wide array of analytical tools - from audience planning to social listening to predictive analytics - and able to precisely brief analytics team and/or perform data pulls on their own
- Passionate about the quickly evolving PR environment with a strong POV to share with clients and colleagues.
- Research skills, with the ability to generate data-based insights to weave into the strategy process.
- Superior communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- An eye for innovation and the next emerging platform or partner to consider as part of future programs
