Our Senior Manager, Growth Marketing:
Is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement with EverCharge.
In addition to the aforementioned, our candidate will have a solid knowledge of market-related business practices, including advertising, market research, and demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events; effective communication skills and adaptable communication style is required to ensure successful interactions with team members, upper management, and clients; and leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts.
Responsibilities:
- Directly own and drive the creator acquisition growth marketing strategy that aligns with overall company goals and objectives
- Setting and achieving growth targets for user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Push, Affiliates, Referral, Influencer, Influencer marketing, etc.
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth and making data-driven decisions
- Partner with the sales team for strategic growth initiatives in key markets
- Continuously experimenting and testing new growth channels and tactics
- Utilizing tools like A/B testing and user feedback to optimize user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive growth
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to growth marketing
- Providing regular reports and updates on progress and results to senior management.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience: majors in Marketing or Business Management are preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing and/or product marketing for consumer products
- Hands-on operator - You are scrappy and find creative ways to move things forward without always waiting on external resources. You are motivated by going deep into execution mode as much as by zooming out to the big picture.
- Analytical and data-informed - You have excellent data analysis skills. You love to dive into numbers and to interrogate a growth engine or campaign's performance to identify less obvious bottlenecks or high-leverage opportunities.
- Experience working in dynamic business environments where priorities are constantly changing as new information is learned
- Experience launching brands and products
- Experience with and willingness to run quantitative and qualitative tests
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with representing marketing ideas to senior teams both internally and externally
Job Title and Compensation:
- The base salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $180,000, based on full-time employment.
- Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
