Director of Sales and Influencer Marketing
Blackshore LLC is currently looking to contract a Director of Sales and Influencer Marketing to play an integral role in identifying, procuring, and fulfilling Influencer marketing opportunities for our roster of talented content creators. You will work collaboratively with the Executive Vice President and CEO and will manage compelling campaigns that drive millions of sponsored impressions.
Blackshore is a YouTube Network, Talent Agency and Influencer Marketing Agency that represents over 300 YouTube Influencers. We establish new streams of revenue for our Influencers through producing innovative activations that drive impactful results for our marketing clients. We exclusively manage a strong roster of creators that trust us, and we have solid processes in place that will enable scalability. We are searching for a motivated team member who will help us increase our deal flow and deliver paid opportunities to our talent.
You will:
· Work directly with the Executive VP to identify and procure new Influencer Marketing campaigns and new streams of revenue
· Proactively identify brands that are compatible with Blackshore’s gaming-focused Influencer roster
· Build sales pipelines and procure leads, reaching out to 100 brands per week
· Secure virtual meetings with new brands via email, Linkedin and Twitter messaging
· Develop creative pitches and create proposal decks to win work with new and existing Clients
· Maximize campaign scope through thinking critically and conceptualizing viral marketing campaigns
· Identify and activate Influencers that reflect Client goals and brand alignment
· Work hands-on with Influencers throughout campaigns to ensure that contract terms are respected and that campaign deliverables are fulfilled
· Use deal flow to grow Blackshore’s roster of exclusive talent
· Manage 1x entry level team member
Required:
· Proven prioritization and time management skills
· Self-motivated and results driven attitude
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency
· Basic proficiency with Excel and Google Slides
· Ability to work with clients and build lasting relationships
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
· Ability to think critically and create proposals catered to a variety of clients
· College degree (or equivalent), emphasis in media and marketing.
· 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales or business development role with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Preferred:
· Connections to brands or agencies that participate in paid marketing campaigns
· Experience with Hubspot (or an equivalent CRM)
· Strong understanding of social media, Influencer culture and gaming culture
· 3+ years of experience in a marketing, sales or business development role with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Full Time Independent Contractor
Remote – Work from Home and BYOD (bring your own devices)
Monthly Consulting Fee to be Paid in USD @$2,700 - $5,000 USD – depending on experience and connections – Plus bonuses)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
