Compensation: $100,000 Annually

The Director of Influencer and Social Media is responsible for developing paid and non-paid influencer partnerships, social media and content strategies, and facilitating a cohesive message across digital platforms. As a senior member of the team and strategic thinker, this role will inform a best-in-class social media, digital marketing, content and influencer strategy, successfully integrating content across all customer touch points. This position works closely with several key groups including Ecommerce, Creative, CSR, and Retail teams.



Major Responsibilities

Influencer

  • Lead a multi-tiered influencer program that aids in a full funnel approach from brand awareness and consideration to purchase
  • Lead digital strategy key product launches, partnerships, and activations
  • Manage digital brand marketing strategy and paid media opportunities. Execute paid, earned and owned campaigns supporting seasonal trends across social and digital efforts
  • Work in partnership with media agency to execute partnerships and awareness campaigns
  • Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reporting process for global social media results and influencer outreach programs and work closely with the Vice President of Ecommerce to provide insights, recommendations and track against KPIs
  • Oversee and grow influencer ambassador program

Social Media

  • Oversee the execution of content and social strategy across all touch points and platforms
  • Manage the flow of content creation to ensure content is developed in a timely manner, proactively finding opportunities and efficiencies to maximize content opportunities
  • Oversee the development of the content calendar across all social platforms to support the marketing of the brand, assisting in content creation and user generated content moderation as needed
  • Spearhead storytelling initiatives across product, trend, brand, CSR; working in partnership with Creative and outside creators
  • Run analysis and consolidate feedback on social learnings that can be shared and actioned through internal teams
  • Work closely with CSR team to support company initiatives and effectively communicate the cause and connection to brand
  • Support retail stores through inclusion in content creation and enhancing the storytelling of the brand
  • Align and work with legal for contest, campaigns, and influencer partnerships to ensure all programs are executed properly

Job Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5-8 years' of influencer/ social media experience for a consumer brand and/or digital/social media agency
  • Possesses understanding of Social advertising campaign management and optimization practices across big tech of social: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube.
  • Strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of analytics and social reporting
  • Comfortable with digital and social analytics software
  • Demonstrates understanding of and ability to facilitate and manage budgeting and pacing, campaign creation and optimization
  • Possesses well-developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums
  • Organized with the ability to self-manage through project managing skills in making tight deadlines across teams
  • Strong desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking and strong marketing concepts and solutions

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $100,000 - $115,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits.
