As the B2B Sr. Lead Generation manager, you will play a key role in reaching the target audience of education decision makers and teachers in the US to ultimately achieve set goals, including revenue targets. You will work closely with the US Marketing Director as well as Sales and colleagues in the Global Marketing team to optimize both Lead Generation marketing tactics as well as processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Use global content to drive efficient lead campaigns across channels.
- Build out e-mail marketing strategy and plan and champion end-to-end customer experience
- Champion and continue to improve processes in collaboration with Sales, CRM and other relevant functions
- Manage marketing end of CRM tool and continue to build out tech stack requirements
- Set, track and report Key Performance Indicators and deliver insights to inform future plans and enable agile decision making.
- Stay up to date with latest digital marketing and lead generation trends and implement as appropriate
- Interim; manage outsourced lead qualification resources to maximize Return Of Investment and improve processes across Marketing & Sales

- 3 to 5 years’ of proven success in leading all aspects of large-scale lead generation in B2B seeting to strict performance goals at scale (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV focused)
- Expertise across a wide range of lead gen tactics/channels (Paid Media, SEO, Social, Email/CRM, Affiliates) with experience driving execution across each channel.
- Strong understanding of lead scoring and nurturing methodologies and processes.
- Strong understanding of B2B tactics and collaboration with field sales force
- Expertise with CRM as well as other data platform and analytics tools
