About the Role

Sidecar Health is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager with deep Acquisition experience and a start-up mindset to lead our media strategy. We are a small, tight-knit, and enthusiastic team who often wears multiple hats. This is an excellent opportunity for a Performance Marketer who would like to lead the media strategy within the organization while broadening their skillsets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all media efforts across multiple product lines (Employer and Individual) - this includes oversight of strategy for all Digital and Offline channels, utilizing in-house resources, and partnering with vendors to execute as necessary
  • Work with the VP of Marketing and Channel Marketing Director to develop an overarching Acquisition strategy, utilizing both DTC and B2B tactics, define messaging, target audiences, channel mix, and spend cadence
  • Work with CRM/Pubsite team to build synergies and reporting plans
  • Oversight of small Acquisition Marketing team - mentor and manage team members and be ready to grow the team as the company scales
  • Hands-on campaign execution and data analysis—execute campaigns and report progress regularly
  • Oversee Marketing operational functions, such as member forecasting, budget reconciliation, and Marketing processes and procedures

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Paid Search specifically and 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Facebook and/or LinkedIn
  • In-house acquisition experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in media campaign oversight - creating over-arching media strategies and driving plans through completion to achieve or exceed performance goals
  • Experience leading a team and working with vendors to drive performance
  • Experience with Marketing operational functions, such as forecasting and budgeting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for the team’s mission to change the healthcare system for the better
  • Strong copy-writing skills a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
