Associate Marketing Manager

Sleeper is a rapidly growing sports platform with messaging at its core. We bring people together over sports and are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager that will help bring widespread awareness to Sleeper in a cost-effective manner.

We prefer a self-starter that has no shortage of ideas with the bias-to-action to execute quickly.

You'll be reporting directly to one of the co-founders.

What you’ll be doing

• Ideating on and testing all sorts of video, image, audio, and text creatives
• Create and scale paid acquisition and influencer campaigns
• Work with stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaigns
• Identify and test social, affiliate paid, and content marketing opportunities
• Analyzing conversion and product metrics
  
  

Who you are

• You understand how to analyze data and retention
• You are comfortable with scaling small test budgets to large multi-million dollar budgets
• You have good judgment around costs vs benefits
• You are both creative and analytical in your approach
• You can generate buzz with or without a budget
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content marketing and paid acquisition
• Experience working with influencers
• Knowledge of sports is a plus
