Social Media Influencer Specialist

As a senior social media influencer specialist, you’ll manage all influencer marketing efforts for Progressive’s Personal and Special Lines businesses, growing the influencer marketing program through both internal and vendor-partner campaigns. You’ll work with key internal partners to develop social media influencer initiatives in support of larger or standalone campaigns. In addition, you’ll serve as the influencer marketing subject matter expert, shaping campaigns through platform selection, talent identification, call-to-action, and amplification tactics. You’ll contribute to the evolution of Progressive's social media capabilities by monitoring social platform releases, channel updates, algorithm changes, and format best practices.

Must-have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience with digital marketing, specifically in the areas of digital strategy, social media and paid media.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience with digital marketing, specifically in the areas of digital strategy, social media and paid media.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated success in building and growing in-house influencer marketing capabilities and managing influencer campaigns from concept through completion.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns in partnership with an external agency/vendor.
• Experience negotiating, contracting, and producing content directly with influencers (identifying and vetting talent based on brand fit and campaign objectives).
• Extensive knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices, including how to post, perform community management duties, and pull and interpret analytics.
• Solid working knowledge of social media and influencer management tools (Digimind, Qualtrics Social Connect, CreatorIQ, etc.).

Compensation

• $68,100 - $90,800/year
• Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
