About The Role

Food52 is seeking an Influencer Relations Manager to join our Talent and Influencer Relations team to help drive growth and management of our Creator Network. Reporting to the Executive Director of Talent and Influencer Partnerships, this proactive trendsetter will identify both established and burgeoning talent across social platforms, educate them about Food52, and strike mutually beneficial partnerships to drive sales growth on the Food52 shop via affiliate marketing.

Bringing together both creative and analytical skillsets, this individual will test new creators, develop existing ones within our Residents program and Creator Network, and create and implement both thematic and evergreen campaigns to drive affiliate growth through talent partnerships. Being able to marry content and commerce to engage users through storytelling - not just discounts and promotional codes - will be key to success in this role.

This individual should be excited to join a growing team and be energized to help take the business to the next level. Whether it’s identifying and signing a new micro influencer, partnering with an established influencer, coaching a host of one of our YouTube series on the best way to leverage affiliate marketing for their audience, or partnering with an agency to extend the reach of our in-house campaigns, this team member should be excited to roll up their sleeves and begin to make an impact on Day 1.
