Marketing Manager CRM

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager – CRM to join the growing Marketing department at Culver’s. This role will be responsible for delivering personalized marketing communications by optimizing and managing digital channels including but not limited to: email, SMS, mobile push notifications and digital coupon management.

If you are someone who:

• Is an email marketing guru with 3-5 years of CRM or email marketing strategies and execution experience
• Has a 2 or 4-year degree in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Has experience working with a customer data platform and loyalty programs
• Has strong data analysis skills and storytelling skills
• Is an autonomous self-starter and thrives with ambiguity
• Has excellent time and task management skills and has a proven track record working with and managing external vendors and cross-functionally internally
• Would enjoy the opportunity to work with a growing brand and business.
