Influencer Coordinator

Hello There Collective is a social media agency based in Los Angeles. The agency offers content production, social media management and influencer marketing programs for numerous clients spanning across various industries including Beauty + Skincare, Fashion, Food + Beverage, and Health + Wellness. We are seeking an experienced Influencer Coordinator to join the Los Angeles team in the office.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Influencer sourcing and outreach
• Ensure monthly influencer marketing campaigns are properly set up in Mavrck
• Review influencer generated content and provide thoughtful feedback
• Ensure on-time completion and delivery of each influencer marketing campaign
• Manage client influencer budgets
• Send weekly and monthly campaign reports to clients
• Compile, analyze and assess the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements on a per client basis

Ideal Candidate:

• Has prior experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
• Has prior experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Mavrck (or similar influencer marketing software)
• Is a heavy user of TikTok and IG and can easily identify viral trends
• Has strong client-facing skills
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Is extremely organized
• Is a strong copywriter
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude!
