The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.

THE ROLE

The Social Affiliate Coordinator will report to the Affiliate Marketing Manager and help to manage existing specific event campaigns & initiatives, as well as assist with the onboarding and growth plan for our internal affiliate and promoter programs.

The ideal candidate for this role is an effective communicator and multitasker who works well under pressure. This position requires drive, motivation and being a self starter. Need to be highly familiar with influencer marketing & metrics, at event hosting, and developing of relationships in furtherance of KPI goals. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Support the department in affiliate/promoter program growth and action plans
  • Facilitate department administrative tasks including (but not limited to) submission of event advance forms
  • Support the department with accounting and advancing needs
  • Participate in team brainstorms for event strategy and planning
  • Help develop compelling user generated content (UGC) for affiliate campaigns on social media channels
  • Assist the Brand Strategy department with internal and external communication
  • Coordinate on-site marketing needs for assigned events
  • Provide support at festivals to with group hosting, gifting & on-site content creation
  • Other special projects and tasks assigned as needed
  • Some travel may be required (economy)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience with influencer marketing and social media
  • 2+ years in music entertainment industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field/experience preferred
  • Well-rounded understanding of electronic music, festival culture, and the live music space
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrates creative, out of the box thinking
  • Detail-oriented and able to coordinate multiple work streams under deadline pressure
  • Ability to take initiative problem solve and perform research
  • Knowledge of the principles of target and influencer marketing
  • Lives and breathes social media, up-to-date with latest trends, and meme/internet culture

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
  • May work in drastic temperature climates on site at our events
  • Must be willing to frequently work and travel to events during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines and work events

Hiring Pay Range: $18.00 - $26.00 USD
