We’re looking for a talented and passionate storyteller to oversee our Social Content team. As our Social Media Content Lead, you'll manage the overall content development, operations, and growth across all social channels. Your team will be in charge of creating engaging and relevant content for our various social media platforms (including paid) and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging and campaign schedules. You will be the in-house expert on social media and gen z culture and always stay up-to-date on the latest trends and social media best practices.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee operations of all social platforms/channels including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and LinkedIn;
  • Manage all social campaigns and executions; create and curate engaging content and manage creative assets for all social media and digital campaigns;
  • Content calendar management and social tool platform operations;
  • On-site event support for social media: Shows, all video shoots, and events;
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategy as needed;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the fashion industry and the world of social media.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or PR preferred;
  • Have 2+ years of experience managing 1+ 1M+ account for a 2C brand;
  • Passionate about the fashion industry and in tune with Gen Z culture and eager to help develop a new fashion brand from scratch; understand Cider's aesthetics deeply and know where it can improve;
  • A person that constantly has their ear to the ground, listening for all things current (pop culture, trends, user preference shift, etc.); can identify new trends fast and hop on new trends/partnerships that benefit the brand;
  • A power user/creator on Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, and Instagram (at least well-versed on 2+ platforms);
  • Experience in managing and coaching creative talents and are open to feedback and ideas from others with the ability to disagree and commit;
  • Experience in content management and organization (content creator experience preferred);
  • Problem solvers who are excited and hungry to work in a high-growth startup environment;
  • Are well-written and well-organized -- able to prioritize your tasks and communicate priorities to all stakeholders.
