Your Opportunity:

As a Brand Designer for Frito Lay Design, you are responsible for the strategic execution of comprehensive brand design projects within the Frito Lay North America portfolio. You will demonstrate superior ability to inspire and influence brand design through fresh creative ideas with exceptional implementation. You will also engage with internal and external design and cross-functional partners from concept ideation through execution and implementation. You will bring design and the designer’s mindset to life through the influence of art, fashion, music, lifestyle, and culture. Through this you have the opportunity to influence change how people engage with our brands and how we change the future of food.

Your Accountabilities:

  • Brand Design & Development: Responsible for design, layout, and formatting of visual identity assets that include logos, typography, illustration, photography and other brand elements for a range of formats for the FLNA brand portfolio
  • Lifestyle, Design, & Culture: Responsible for staying ahead of current trends in design, fashion, music, lifestyle brands, social media, and all relevant influencer platforms. Followed by the need to translate into design work that elevates our brands, makes them hyper relevant and drives deep consumer love
  • External Design Network: Supports FLNA Design in building and cultivating a strong external design network

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of brand design experience
  • Bachelors degree (s) in Communication Design or Graphic Design
  • Extraordinary taste in design, fashion, and lifestyle culture
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic work environment; is comfortable with risk and uncertainty
  • Ability to articulate your design concepts to non-designers
  • Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
  • Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises
  • Travel : 10%

Skills Required: Adobe CC – specifically Illustrator, IDD, Photoshop, Keynote, Power point
