Job Description:

ShopStyle Collective is looking for a Coordinator, Brand Partnerships (Business Development) to work collaboratively on the Business Development/Sales Team. The Coordinator will support the team in their daily functions and play a key role in the growth of revenue and success of campaigns.

ShopStyle Collective is the premiere monetization platform that services both brands and influencers to drive overall success for their businesses. ShopStyle Collective acts as a full funnel marketing partner to brands across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space inclusive of 360 influencer marketing capabilities such as sponsored campaign management, paid media/boosting, brand lift studies and more.

Rooted in data, analytics and insights, ShopStyle Collective allows influencers to grow and monetize their content resulting in key metrics that can be leveraged and inform clients’ and business decisions within the overall influencer & creator ecosystem.

  • Support sales lead in coordination with brand strategy team in RFP responses and client presentations & proposals
  • Support sales lead by analyze sales & social data from brands and retailers to help inform strategic decisions for clients/businesses – in regard to affiliate strategy and/or influencer campaigns
  • Act as a liaison with Campaign Operations team for execution of sponsored influencer campaigns – including but not limited to campaign briefs/worksheets, recaps, etc.
  • Support sales lead in selling and upselling influencer campaigns
  • Support marketing initiatives including marketing placements, CPA commission increases and promo events with internal Marketing team and sales leads
  • Coordinate administrative tasks such as facilitating IOs/agreements with clients and maintaining Salesforce
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across cross functional teams

  • Strong passion for influencer space/social media ecosystem
  • And/or Influencer marketing experience preferred
  • Interest in data and analytical mind-set
  • You enjoy research and problem solving
  • Understanding of digital and e-commerce space
  • Highly organized, motivated go-getter who thrives in fast paced environments
  • Proactive approach in interactions and business
  • Willingness to take on a full range of tasks; ability to multitask!
  • Highly proficient in Google G-Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Keynote
  • Salesforce, Tableau, Canva preferred
  • Interest in industry news
  • Comfortable and skilled interpersonal, written and oral communication internally and externally to clients

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 1-2 years of professional experience

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base salary for this role will be between $42,984.00- $60,000.00. Posting Range Max*. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
