Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting an eCommerce Training Content Creator for a remote temporary/temporary-to-hire opportunity with the second-largest retailer in the country. The eCommerce Training Content Creator will be responsible for creating written training, process, and support documentation with a focus on new technology such as app and software pilots, tests, releases, enhancements, updates, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience creating training, process, and/or support documentation is required. Technical writing, especially for app and software releases is preferred.
  • Experience working with content management systems is required. SharePoint experience is preferred.
  • Located within a 2-hour drive to Cincinnati, OH
