About The Team

SoundOn is an all-in-one platform powered by TikTok, designed to better service music creators through each step of their career — from TikTok integrated promotion tools to universal music distribution, from diverse monetization opportunities to smart music creation.

SoundOn exists to give every music creator & label the power to authentically connect with new audiences and "do music" their way.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic campaign planning, execution and budget management of 360 music marketing campaigns. Make qualitative and quantitative targets according to the business and promotion objectives.
  • Liaise directly with Artist Partnership team and artist managements to ensure successful artist marketing and music promotion campaigns across traditional, influencer and social media/digital marketing verticals.
  • Manage digital media agencies, social media agencies and in-house partners to create holistic marketing plans across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, & DSPs, aiming at driving awareness and digital sales.
  • Identify and monitor key digital & social platforms and emerging trends to effectively manage communications with the target audience.
  • Analyze key campaign statistics and data points to measure campaign success and uncover new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation.
  • 5+ years Music industry experience in digital media buy/ digital marketing/ social media marketing fields in labels and DSPs.
  • Deep understanding of the music industry and how key promotional verticals work together to form a holistic marketing campaign.
  • Strong data analysis and review skills to make strategies and progress.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, with an aptitude for being concise and clear.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional teams communication skills. Capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem is a plus.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $95000 - $178600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
