Real is a venture-backed mental health care company based in New York City. We’re a team of innovators, clinicians, and technologists on a mission to make caring for our mental health a priority. We're redesigning mental healthcare through a digital platform and in-person experience, integrating empathy, design, and progressive care to build the most elevated end-to-end mental healthcare experience, while also improving the quality of care itself. We’re not simply “normalizing” mental health care, we’re celebrating it.

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about mental wellness .

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will contribute to the company’s growth by contributing to new member growth goals and increasing the reach and impact of our brand.
The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Consumer Partnerships.

The ideal candidate has experience OR extensive experience in brand marketing, ideally in the mental health or tech space.

The company is based in NYC, though the role is remote.

Responsibilities in the role:

  • Be a steward of the Real brand by owning the full cycle of go-to-market strategies for all brand initiatives and product campaigns, with a focus on driving organic marketing channels’ growth & engagement through the management of Real social media, ambassador/influencer program and campaigns
  • Lead our top-of-the-funnel brand strategy by maximizing reach, awareness, and engagement through marketing activations
  • Drive brand messaging while working with key stakeholders to deliver YoY growth in the following KPIs (but not limited to): new members, new subscribers, reach, brand awareness, social growth, conversions, revenue, site traffic
  • Deliver clear & strategic campaign objectives, concepts and briefs for all product launches, tying back to the brand philosophy, while defining reason to believe, core target audience as well as key messaging & content angles
  • Provide decisions using data to determine the best way to engage customers, measure brand awareness efforts & success, while assessing ROI.
  • Ideate and implement quarterly, monthly & weekly social media plan that deliver on brand values and drive engagement & intent in partnership with the Creative team.
  • Ensure we are consistent across all channels, our communication is clear, and our messaging is compelling.

You’ve got:

  • A creative mind with a discerning eye for detail and excellent storytelling skills
  • Ability to tailor content to different digital and social media platforms
  • Confident in articulating a point of view, including with senior leaders
  • Experience managing workflows, project plans and timelines
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented—able to manage multiple moving pieces and retain a lot of information at once
  • Ability to work within resource and budget constraints
  • Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around marketing performance, providing accurate and timely reporting

The base annual salary for this role is between $130,000 - $155,000, depending on skill set and experience level. Our compensation program is geographically-neutral, meaning that we do not adjust our pay ranges based on where you live, so this salary range applies to all candidates.
