Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead our Core squad. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment and deliver impactful new services and features that impact Savage X Fenty as well as our proprietary FashionOS technology.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Core squad of our e-commerce team, comprising of engineers and QA members, in ensuring performance and stability of our platform
- In partnership with Engineering and Technology leads, identify opportunities and solutions for platform, technology and process improvements
- Define product strategy for your squad and build out a roadmap to reflect that strategy, accounting for resources and cross-functional team needs
- Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including handling product transition phases as needed
- Define and track success metrics, and articulate how platform KPIs affect business KPIs
- Manage / groom the Core backlog and effectively prioritize all features and bugs
- Develop yourself into the SME of our e-commerce platform and become a resource for technical support and mentoring for other Product Managers
- Evangelize Agile, Lean, and Continuous Development best practices
- Become well-versed in the business model and use your business and product knowledge to drive decision-making
- Own all documentation capturing business, functional, and non-functional requirements as it relates to your squad
- Continuously stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Engineering or similar technical background
- 2+ years of prior product management/lead experience in platform development environments
- 4+ years in relevant software development
- Well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies and principles
- Experience with JIRA or similar
- Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners/clients
- Project and process management skills plus a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Enjoys startup environment and culture
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Tableau, Segment or Google Analytics
- SQL skills
- Experience handling product transition phases and can drive transition requirements lifecycle
- Experience working in a retail/e-commerce environment
- Experience with external vendor relationships and integrations to support business needs

The annual base salary range for this position is from $134,800 to $155,000. Offers to candidates are expected to fall within this range and will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location and other relevant factors.
