About the Role:

Looking for a unique opportunity to grow a new brand and make meaningful change from day one? Dr. Squatch has recently launched Jukebox (myjukebox.com), an exciting new women’s personal care brand, and is looking for an incredible Influencer Jr. Associate to support in identifying potential influencer partnerships, facilitating outreach, managing product gifting, and tracking performance results. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the early trajectory of the business (think: startup within a startup) and drive real impact.

This is a 3-6 month-long (subject to candidate’s availability), 20 hours per week employment opportunity located in New York City. This role is flexible hybrid and will require some in-person office days for collaboration, other days will be fully remote. This role will report to the Marketing & eCommerce Lead.

The anticipated compensation for this role will be $20/hr. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

• We need a motivated, creative individual to identify influencers who fit the brand persona, prove excellent engagement and conversion results, and are excited about Jukebox products
• Reach out to potential influencers and discuss the brand guidelines, campaign opportunities, concepts, and content guidelines
• Manage tracker outlining outreach, commitments, budget, and gifting

About You:

• Someone who is energetic, witty, and has expertise identifying influencers for Instagram and TikTok platforms
• Knowledge of platforms such as LTK, #paid, and Shopify are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and eCommerce
• Experience working in or interest in consumer products industry highly preferred
• Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
• Someone who has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in the outcome
• Someone who proactively help others, stays positive and has a good sense of humor
