Senior Community Marketing Manager
THE ROLE
The Senior Community Marketing Manager is central to our success in building a thriving community of event creators. We are looking for an experienced marketing manager with a passion for building brand communities who can help us define and scale community marketing initiatives - and make Eventbrite the trusted choice for live experiences around the world. A successful candidate will be a marketer who is adept at building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. In this role, you will oversee all go-to-market operations for Eventbrite’s community marketing efforts coordinating closely with internal teams and external agencies to concept and execute projects at the highest level. This role is fully remote and reports directly to the Head of Community.
YOU WILL
- Support the development and execution of the overall community strategy to drive engagement and advocacy.
- Build, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing plans to drive reach and engagement with our community programming including Creator Collective (ambassador program), RECONVENE Sessions (ongoing event series), RECONVENE Accelerator (grant program), and our annual, global Summit.
- Write and edit copy for marketing materials, including email, event pages, marketing landing pages, post-event surveys, etc.
- Lead a go-to-market team by collaborating with the Brand Studio, Content, Social, Product, Lifecycle, Communications, Growth teams, and external agencies to amplify community events and content experience across our channels.
- Partner with the performance marketing team to develop and execute paid social campaigns in support of community marketing content view goals.
- Monitor performance and report results to key stakeholders across the company.
Your Skillset
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
- Ability to write compelling marketing copy for multi-channel campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - you know how to take a plan and make it happen
- A true self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
