Marketing team’s mission is to turbocharge CleverTap’s growth globally by bringing in consumer insights and delivering magnetic experiences in all interactions with our customers and prospects. About the Role:
We are looking for a content marketing leader who will run Global Content Marketing for CleverTap. You will be responsible for the ideation and production of assets used in our demand generation across all regions (Americas, Europe, Asia). You will work closely with Product Marketing on our content strategy, which includes target ICPs, thought-leadership content roadmap, etc. As the leader for our design team, you will also be responsible for our brand consistency & style guide. You will facilitate the storytelling around customer case studies and manage a team of content writers, videographers, and designers.
What will you do:
- Own our content marketing strategy & calendar: You’ll drive the strategy and calendar to create and publish engaging content across our website, social media, and email marketing channels with inputs from our regional marketing leaders
- Craft compelling copy & content: You’ll gain deep knowledge about the dental industry, as well as CTs products, to draft engaging content that communicate benefits in emails, on our website, and other channels such as Blog, Email, Video, Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic Ads, Field Events, Landing Pages
- Run email campaigns. You’ll build, optimize, and scale email nurture campaigns to educate out-of-market buyers and drive demand
- Organize webinars & conference materials. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to host, produce, and market webinars relating to martech and help organize materials and logistics for industry conferences
What are we looking for?
- 8+ years experience in Content Marketing (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Prior experience in building and managing content strategy for global audiences with at least 3+ years of experience in managing a team of content writers and/or designers
- Experience developing multi-audience, full-funnel B2B content, as well as the associated KPIs for measuring success- Impeccable writing and editing skills with examples of work
- Experience with inbound strategy, SEO/SEM best practices, and lead/demand generation tactics- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Highly organized with proven experience at managing multiple projects concurrently
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Leadership/ Behavioral: Strategic/ growth mindset, collaboration, communication, people management and influence
