Senior Director, Omnichannel Marketing

Job Summary
The Head of Omnichannel Marketing will ensure that customer centricity is embedded in the fabric of our commercial approach; while encouraging innovative, effective, and efficient solutions that address evolving customer preferences and marketplace dynamics. Omnichannel Marketing will leverage customer journeys to design and execute integrated go-to-market campaigns and channel strategies to shape the customer experience and deliver against business goals.
Essential Functions
- Brand Planning and Strategy: Actively shapes the brand plan by serving as the voice of customer experience to inform strategy. Ensures tactical plans will address customer experience challenges and opportunities to position the brand to exceed goals.
- Customer Experience Design and Delivery: Owns the customer journey map and drives alignment of brand content and personal/non-personal channels to deliver superior, omnichannel HCP & DTC experiences. Designs and optimizes customer engagement programs grounded in behavioral objectives, customer insights, competitive activity, and performance data .
- Campaign Planning and Campaign Planning and Marketing Asset Development: Plans and translates promotional content derived from brand core claims into persona-fied, integrated, and sequenced campaigns, deployed through channel delivery plans that meet the wants and needs of customers.
- Omnichannel Capabilities: Leads cross-functional, internal and external capabilities to support omnichannel deployment. Ensures Channel, IT, MLR and Agency experts deliver the necessary solutions to enable seamless execution of the customer experience strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serves as a key connector, influencer, and driver across various functions (Brand Marketing, Field Sales, Market Research/Insights, Customer Analytics, etc) to deliver against omnichannel success imperatives:
- Visibility: A single view of the customer
- Personalization: Deliver one-to-one customer experiences in real time
- Measurement: Understand the impact of each marketing touchpoint
- Optimization: Adjust strategy and budget based on complete performance
Education
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as marketing or life sciences - Required
Work Experience
- 12 years or more of pharmaceutical experience required (a combination of brand planning, customer analytics, market research) - Required
- 3 years or more Experience in Omnichannel Marketing - Required
