Marketing Coordinator
Lifeway is seeking a Program Marketing Coordinator | Remote. The Marketing Coordinator on the Brand Marketing team will support various ministry area marketing teams. They will coordinate marketing campaigns and projects to ensure execution of marketing initiatives, on-time deliverables, and process consistency. This position assists marketing strategists with project management, trade show execution, and data tracking.

This is a remote position in the U.S with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates execution of marketing projects by working with the strategist, customer analyst, designer, buyer and others as needed.
- Inputs projects, managing project schedules, pulling task reports for weekly meetings, and ensuring assets have been delivered
- Works with strategist, customer analysts, and digital marketing team to implement digital strategies and collect performance data for optimization.
- Helps the strategist coordinate trade event setup and delivery of materials
- Serves as project coordinator for production design needs
- Performs administrative tasks as needed such as contracts, invoices, and gratis orders
- Schedules and coordinates production requests within project management system, serving as marketing liaison to event coordinators
- Stays current on project management systems and software
- Some travel required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
Experience
- 1 year Marketing
- 1-2 years experience in administration, project coordination
- Interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of client/relationship dynamic, and the ability to lead laterally to guide processes
- Scheduling and task management
- Resourceful with the ability to establish and maintain processes
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite / Teams, Workfront, Oracle, preferred
