MarigoldInternal Communications Manager
The Internal Communications Manager will report to the VP of Employee Experience, as well as work with partners from across the global organization. The Internal Communications Manager will help to create a thoughtful communications structure that enables people to do their best work through cohesive, creative, and compelling information sharing & communication channels. We’re looking for thought leaders and content creators who can not only bring our internal communications to life, but also design the strategies and concepts that fuel and scale them by:
- Helping us create a unified, globally connected, employee community
- Partnering to build, manage, and execute a comprehensive strategic internal communications plan
- Designing and honing an internal voice for our new brand, Marigold, as we rebrand and expand our market presence
- Developing and implementing a cadence of predictable information flow and diverse communication mediums, leveraging various audiences and cross-channel content
- Managing our global intranet, including content creation, content management, and user engagement
- Managing our global video communications tool, used for executive and organizational-wide video content
- Tracking data and analytics on intranet usage in order to frequently assess the impact of multi-channel communications
- Assisting with company-wide announcements and partner with Marketing on external press releases and campaigns
- Supporting global all-company meetings and subsequent content
- Driving adoption of our global vision and culture by communicating with employees at numerous offices and remote sites globally
- Supporting the development, review, and production of content from multiple voices (executive communications, newsletters, videos, e-mails, town halls, webinars, etc.)
- Continually improving employee engagement through compelling stories delivered in innovative fashion
- Constantly improving our employee journey through strategic communication and tactical information sharing

What You Bring:
- Discipline and a work ethic that can thrive without constant supervision.
- Extraordinary results developing and executing compelling, creative internal communication plans.
- Innate love of working “in the gray” and a fluster-less ability to re-prioritize on the fly.
- Experience with an intranet or content management system, ideally as an administrator or content creator.
- 5+ years in marketing, communications, or related discipline (with specific experience with internal communications (high tech or other fast-paced environment a plus).
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and/or executives.
- Comfort with project planning and managing an independent project with complex deliverables (experience with formal project management a plus).
- Remarkable writing skills.
- Enthusiasm for measuring communications and campaigns with data-driven metrics for continuous improvement.
- A desire to have fun while doing meaningful work.
