Affiliate Marketing Specialist

How you'll have an impact at Paula's Choice:

The Affiliate Channel plays a vital role within DTC because of its ability to "do it all". The channel drives full funnel brand exposure through traditional Affiliate relationships as well as Influencers and Content Creators. This role will support the Affiliate Manager in day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives and general assistance. By joining the Affiliate Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a high demand channel and impact our go-to-market strategies.

What a typical day may look like:

• Support Affiliate Manager in program management including campaign asset and promotional detail delivery, strategy sessions, and regularly scheduled program updates.
• Assist in the identification, recruitment, negotiation, onboarding of new affiliate and influencer partnerships.
• Manage product seeding and opportunistic efforts with select affiliate partners and influencers.
• Conduct regular checks on offers and traffic quality to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Competitive insights and analysis
• Stay up to date on overall affiliate objectives and industry trends.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
  
  

What you'll bring to the table:

• Goal oriented and a self-starter
• Passionate about learning
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and ability to develop trust and rapport with affiliates and stakeholders.
• Base understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CR)
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups, various formulas)
  
  

What can help you really stand out:

• At least 3 years of experience in a marketing position; ideally within Affiliate and Influencer marketing space
• Experience working with affiliate networks is a plus (CJ, Rakuten, AWIN, Impact, etc.)
• Experience in the skin care/beauty industry is a plus
  
  

The details:

• Location: Remote
• Physical requirements: Ability to handle long periods of both sitting and screen time
• Travel requirements: Up to 10%
  
  

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location:

$50,000 - $60,00 USD/annually

Paula's Choice Skincare determines the pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data. We evaluate external and internal equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company. Our posted salary range is based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan.
