Summary
We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Manager, Influencer and Partnerships who will play a key role in the development & execution of Weber’s influencer and brand partnerships strategy to energize and modernize the brand at scale. They will lead with a consumer-first, innovative mindset to support brand goals, generate engagement, and establish strong brand relationships.
In partnership with the Sr. Manager, Social Media, Influencers and Partnerships, this role will oversee and coordinate both paid and unpaid influencer programs, including identification, long-term relationship management, contract negotiation, strategic briefing, product gifting, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills and has demonstrated success identifying industry trends, building strong relationships, and creating campaigns with authentic storytelling.
Influencers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute regional strategy of influencer program to reach new buyers, engage existing consumers, and drive business growth.
- Identify, connect with, nurture, and scale relationships with prominent influencers that are authentic to the brand across all social channels, focusing specifically on Instagram and TikTok.
- Uncover trends and creative storytelling opportunities that leverage influencers to co-create engaging content with the brand.
- Ensure all new relationships align with our brand vision and values as well as seamlessly align with our brand marketing efforts.
- Partner with cross functional teams (e.g. brand management, internal agency, new product development, social media) to accurately communicate brand priorities, product stories and details, and objectives to influencers.
- Collaborate with Weber.com, email, and social media teams to ensure integration and amplification of influencer activities across marketing channels.
- Establish and monitor influencer program KPIs, making ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI.
Partnerships
- Lead partnership activation with a shortlist of strategic brands across relevant categories, to bring added cultural relevancy to the Weber brand and product offerings.
- Develop innovative ways to partner with brands including product collaborations, contests, experiences, physical events, etc.
- Partner with marketing channel owners (e.g. website, email, social media, PR) to promote partnerships and co-branding activations during key moments.
- Consult with channel marketing leads to help shape dynamic partnership programs for the retail environment.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team (particularly B2B) to identify and drive brand partnership potential through existing and future Sales-driven partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of four (4) years of influencer, partnerships, and/or social media experience with direct experience building relationships with influencers.
- Experience in strategizing, planning, managing, and executing Influencer Marketing programs in a corporate or agency setting.
- Significant experience with major social media platforms, including, but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Expertise in vertical video including staying on top of TikTok and Reels trends.
- Experience leveraging influencer management software tools such as Mavrck, Creator IQ, Tagger, Aspire, etc.
- Proven track record in managing strategic brand partnerships from initial discovery through to final execution.
- Must be strategic, collaborative, have excellent organization skills, and the ability to prioritize projects.
- Affiliate Marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
