Content & Influencer Marketing Manager (3m contract)

Our US-based team is responsible for setting, executing and measuring the US go-to-market strategy. We use a data-first approach to decision making, and don’t shy away from ambiguous challenges. The team is small, but mighty and impactful.

As the first Influencer and Content Manager and a member of our Brand and PR team, you will work closely with our Brand and PR Director and other key stakeholders in the US and Australia to set the growth and influencer and UGC content execution for our early US markets

You will identify opportunities to spread the word about Airtasker, and drive user sign-ups.

This is a 3 Month Contract (40 hours per week).

What You'll Do

  • Content
  • Source UGC content creators for organic social (TikTok, Meta) and performance marketing ads
  • Manager creative briefs for content creators
  • Negotiate contracts, measure deliverables, and provide feedback for edits based on brand expectations
  • Ensure content is delivered based on timelines and campaigns
  • Work in tandem with Brand & PR Director to ensure all briefs and strategy are being followed by creators and being produced for the proper channels
  • Track all content in company tracker and update accordingly for cross-functional teams
  • Work on content calendars for social media and creative team
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Oversee influencer management and engagement for Airtasker launch efforts and UGC opportunities
  • Work with Brand & PR Director to collaborate across disciplines to ensure campaigns are fully integrated
  • Source, outreach, and negotiate contracts with influencer agencies for campaigns/projects
  • Work with Brand & PR Director to deliver reports that interpret information, deliver analysis, key learnings, effectiveness, and growth opportunities
  • Strategically identify talents in our target demographic for brand campaigns, gifting, and programs
  • Track set KPIs for all influencer partnerships and campaigns
  • Regularly report on key performance metrics
  • Clip all posts and document

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in content management
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing
  • You have active relationships with micro and macro influencers and agencies
  • Experience with influencer affiliate marketing
  • Experience using influencer reporting softwares
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • No “task is too small” attitude with the desire to collaborate across teams - from ideation to creation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw smart conclusions from data
  • Strong writing skills
  • Experience in consumer tech is a plus
