Earned Marketing Associate

Location: NYC. We have a flexible WFH schedule, however, members of our Marketing team typically work from our Manhattan office one day a week.

Your Mission: As Banza’s Earned Marketing Associate, you’ll help spread the word about Banza by creating buzzworthy ideas and forging strong relationships with influencers, editors, and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong relationships with external audiences like influencers, editors, and dieticians
• Conduct continuous outreach to expand our network of fans
• Ideate and execute experiences that people are excited to talk about and share
• Assist with the development of go-to-market plans for new product launches
• Field all inbound product requests and coordinate shipments
• Use and improve our influencer & media relationship management tools
• Engage with our social community through posts, reels, and DMs
• Support our marketing team across other projects as needed, including administrative, events, tradeshows, etc.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry. In addition to base salary, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance through United Healthcare, free Banza products, and monthly stipends for fitness, internet, and cell phones.

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. The salary range for this position is between $65,000-$75,000. The range is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
