Background & Purpose Of The Job
As a growth marketer at one of the fastest growing management units within Unilever, you are the commercial leader of the platform who combines marketing, sales and e-commerce technical skills in one.

Key Responsibilities Of The Role
- Own commercial growth of the online platform
- Increase visits (desktop + mobile) and increase overall onsite conversion within the platform
- Create the growth plan of the online platform
- Design, launch and optimize ad campaigns on key platforms
- Proactively set the roadmap for and kickstart necessary growth experiments, covering the full spectrum of traction channels (paid / organic etc.)
- Create content and assets and at a later stage collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to deliver this
- Build and manage funnel-based e-commerce campaigns
- Build a strong base of active mobile app users through acquisition and retention growth:
- Work with the development team to support new feature prioritization and development
- Design and execute user acquisition, retention and monetization campaigns
- Identify and deploy new e-commerce optimization and techniques to grow sales
- Analyzing trends in growth marketing and making recommendations to the business on new avenues to explore
- Build A/B test on email campaigns to refine open rates and conversion rates across different customer profiles.
- Designing and performing experiments to test the viability of new growth strategies across all channels: social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer engagement, PR, content etc
- Understanding of how to build landingpages, set up Facebook/Linkedin/Google test campaigns, use analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics etc.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 4+ years of related experience in Growth Marketing is required; you've been there before, made your share of mistakes, and are itching to hit the ground running
- Prior experience in food service industry is required.
- You live and breathe growth marketing and enjoy doing it!
- You have current hands-on experience working as a growth marketer / hacker and are a true T-Shaped Marketer
- You are obsessed by customer insights: what does the customer want/need? Hoe does he/she behave?
- You think commercial: how to make the business a commercial success?
- You have a track-record of successfully executing ad campaigns, and hands-on experience with the Google Suite of Solutions (AdWords, Display Network, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics), Facebook Business Manager, and any other email campaign platforms
- Previous experience in funnel based e-commerce campaigns.
- You're driven by metrics – you keep measuring and analyzing your experiments, and will not rest until you hit your goals
- You have a strong quantitative background, an experimenter's mindset, broad technical and web marketing understanding and an itch to discover new traction channels before everyone else
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills and enjoy working on international teams
Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
