We’re seeking a Video Content Creator who will promote our mission and elevate our communications. The right candidate should have experience developing short form, attention-grabbing video content that captures a viewer’s attention within the first seconds and effectively drives an intended conversion.

The Video Content Creator will develop videos and animations, ranging from social to in-store displays, that follow brand guidelines and align to state regulations. They will report to the Director of Creative and collaborate closely with Trulieve’s Creative and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and other teams to develop video content that effectively inspires engagement
  • Participate in developing content strategy, storyboards, and creative presentations for video projects
  • Plan and direct video shoots
  • Understand best utilization of existing footage
  • Develop, edit, and animate videos for social media and in-store platforms
  • Provide creative direction on motion graphics, typography, and other dynamic elements to produce high quality, engaging creative

Requirements:

  • Proven video editing, motion graphics, and animated content creation experience
  • Detail-oriented and capable of producing highly-polished final creative
  • High degree of proficiency in video production
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects with some experience in other Adobe creative suite programs
  • Experience producing for social media channels and other video-based digital platforms
  • Proficient in motion animations
  • Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video content
  • Superb communication skills and able to effortlessly collaborate with others
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in video creation

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
