Location: Dallas, TX or Remote

Hours: Thursday - Monday, 40 hours
A Creator Applications Representative will help the LTK team with onboarding new creators to the LTK platform via applications processing. In this role, you will learn what makes an LTK creator and identify characteristics that indicate potential business growth and social media success. In return, you’ll work in a rapidly growing space at the intersection of social media, advertising, and eCommerce. As the creator of this space, LTK offers the world's premier lifestyle creators the ability to run their digital businesses successfully and with great ease. Our technology platform provides them the tools, strategies, and support they need to maximize their earnings velocity.
A Day in the Life
- Review Creator applications and social media channels
- Provide updates and ensure proper routing of new creators to special-interest teams
- Attend team training sessions and meetings
- Review goals and reports with your manager
- Identify and report on trends in inbound applications
- Be accountable for your acceptance rates
- Make recommendations for improvements
- Support special projects to increase Creator growth and team functionality

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of curiosity and willingness to learn more about social media and creator marketing. They will have a decisive nature and the ability to navigate repetitious, yet complex processes without sacrificing attention to detail. Candidates are also expected to possess the ability to inject subjectivity into their thought process, recognize their own biases, and possess self-awareness to maintain alignment with team members.

Requirements
- Functional experience with multiple social media platforms
- Basic understanding of social media and creator marketing
- Interest in Influencer Marketing field
- Ability to work a Thursday - Monday work week for the foreseeable future
Bonus Points For
- Experience with customer relations
- Experience in or adjacent to influencer marketing
- Experience with Hubspot or similar ticketing system
- Passion for early-growth stage support and process optimization
