Dermalogica has an exciting new opportunity as an Associate Manager of Creator Partnerships will build strong relationships with Creators and advocate for them within Dermalogica.

Key responsibilities will include:

Proven track record for managing influencer negotiations, contracts, and campaign executions. Ensure brand vision and key objectives are being met. In addition:

  • Develop and manage an evergreen content Creator program for UGC to use on owned/paid Dermalogica channels
  • Support in management of paid influencer campaigns including contract negotiations, strategy briefing, and content creation approvals
  • Working closely with social media team to ensure synergy between influencer and content programs
  • Provide tailored partner management support and add value to Creators through performance insights, content education and being an overall ambassador for the talent.
  • Develop original and untold stories that inspire, excite and delight content for A + B launch campaigns with Creators.
  • Ability to create and film content as well as comfortable being in content for social platforms
  • Establish evolving best practices and methods to educate the skin Creator community on how to optimize performance regularly, and at scale
  • Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from Creators and support with data
  • Discover new brand partnership opportunities
  • Liaison to our professional skin therapist and assist them with content creation and ideation
  • Manage all key reporting metrics in a timely and meticulous fashion

That matter most for this role:

  • 3-4 years of influencer marketing experience
  • Experience managing and developing talent, creator, or media relationships
  • Background in developing and managing creator campaigns or activations and content creation
  • Identify relevant rising creator talent
  • Avid consumer and user of platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Existing relationships with well-known creators and influencers a plus

The expected base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.

This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan, based on personal performance and company results.
