About the Social Media Specialist:

Are you looking to grow your social media career in the tech industry? PROS is growing rapidly and is seeking highly creative and energetic team players to join our Social Media ABM team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with business leaders from some of the world’s largest brands, express your creativity with content creation and engaging conversations, and collaborate across the organization to create digital handshakes.

Objectives of this Role Responsibilities:

  • Create social listening queries around people and topics that we want to interact with: people talking directly to us, talking about us, or about topics in our brand category: CPQ, price optimization and management, revenue management, profit
  • Engage with creative responses to create digital handshakes and build personal relationships and engagements
  • Generate account-based awareness so that people know who PROS is when sellers talk to them
  • Understand and represent PROS brand voice and culture
  • Support PROS brand awareness through ideation and execution of engaging social content
  • Implement social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate website traffic, and create conversation
  • Creation of content
  • Develop and deliver social media optimization
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices

Required Qualifications - About you:

We are looking for candidates who possess the rare combination of the following achievements, skills, and behaviors:

  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Marketing or Communications degree preferred
  • You have experience as a community manager and know how to use Sprinklr.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
  • Moderate understanding of social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Ability to write great engaging and creative web copy in a real time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion, and engagement
  • You're familiar with social listening, influencer marketing, social media tools and platforms
  • You’re funny. You know how to engage an audience and make people laugh.
  • You have a growth mindset. You are looking to grow in your career

  • You’re a content creator. You can quickly create content that connects with your audience
