As the paid media manager of the DTC business, you will own the strategy and execution across our paid media channels (currently heavily focused on paid search). You will optimize our current programs while also driving our testing roadmap into new channels, leveraging analytics and consumer insights to help inform how and where we focus our acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate is excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and keen to play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth for the consumer business. What You’ll Do

  • Create innovative digital marketing strategies to reach qualified audiences and drive customer acquisition
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign management and execution in partnership with agency/freelance teams
  • Drive our testing and learning agenda, identify and design test hypotheses and oversee implementation
  • Own day to day budget pacing based on performance delivering to internal ROAS and new customer acquisition goals
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams on integrated plans to deliver business results. You could be working with Creative, Web or Product Marketing teams to name a few
  • Interpret data, plan next steps, and share results with partner teams
  • Help us push digital innovation and shape perspectives on where we should place our bets
  • Brainstorm and drive learning agenda around new creative concepts, audiences, and messaging strategy informed by customer, campaign, and channel-level data

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • + years of experience in paid media marketing at a high growth consumer company
  • Experience across paid search and paid social (must) and \, Affiliate and Influencer (preferred)
  • Hands on experience setting up and running campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, or Facebook Ads Manager
  • Agency management experience
  • Data fluency, you have experience using data to tell stories and inform strategies
  • Exposure to A/B testing
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented, thriving on getting things done and having a real impact on the business
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence others

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $102,100 – $173,250.

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:

$115,500 – $173,250: New York City

$108,700 – $163,100: Nassau, Newburgh

$102,100– $153,050: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
