Who You Are: As a Senior Social Media Manager, you will own your assigned communities while also being a key stakeholder in the global social strategies for the C4 Energy brand. This position is equally creative and strategic as you will be tasked with both creating content and distribution strategies. You will focus on optimizing content, audience growth, innovation, brand awareness, and engagement across key social platforms Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and other identified platforms as strategies evolve.
What You're Good At:
- Key stakeholder in the development, implementation and management of individual social platform strategies involving the distribution of both organic and paid content – establishing KPIs and goaled metrics
- Owning the monthly/quarterly performance reporting
- Developing and maintaining rotating 30-day social content calendars, supporting sales and marketing strategies via owned content and influencer content
- Collaborating with internal teams to support organizational goals involving global sales and marketing initiatives – working closely with our sales, D2C and marketing teams to understand upcoming promotions, events and product launches
- Creating and acquiring relevant content in various formats to support individual social platform strategies
- Serving as the brand voice and at times the face of the brands – sharing educational, inspirational, and entertaining content in various formats ranging from imagery, video, gifs, and copy
- Collaborating with design and copy teams to guide the creation of highly relevant content experiences to each of our targeted audiences
- Partnering with our international and regional leadership to ensure social strategies and calendars support the needs and growth within specific regions
- Identifing and sharing insights about trends, feedback, and engagement through daily updates and more detailed weekly reports
- Scheduling photoshoots, building shot lists and arranging needed resources in regard to talent and necessary environments and accessories to create ideal content captures – collaborating with the Design, Video and Athletes and Influencers Teams where necessary
- Leading and delegating activities in functional workstreams to drive outcomes that align with strategic company goals
- Holding a team accountable to meeting deadlines and achieving departmental goals
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Participating as a leader in performance management review sessions

What You Contribute:
- Has 4-6 years of professional experience managing and coordinating social media activities on behalf of a cutting-edge business, brand, individual or group
- Has experience creating bespoke content and curating content from various sources to optimize across unique social strategies to drive engagement, audience acquisition and share of voice
- Is a passionate, empathetic and personable leader with strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to collaborate with others to drive efficiency with tasks and processes
- Has a love for analytics and an ability to call out key metrics and implement them into evolving implementation plans
- Has 2-3 years of experience using social listening, content distribution, and management and reporting tools
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite along with a comfort level using Adobe's Creative Suite and/or other design focused software
- Photography and videography skills are a major plus
- Has experience capturing content from live events and brand programming moments
- Must have a passion and expert knowledge of the health and fitness industries
