Job Description:
ShopStyle Collective is looking for a Sr Affiliate Partner Manager to work collaboratively on the Business Development Team. The Sr Affiliate Partner Manager will play a key role in the growth of affiliate marketing partnership revenue at the company.
ShopStyle Collective is the premiere monetization platform that services both brands and influencers to drive overall success for their businesses. ShopStyle Collective acts as a full funnel marketing partner to brands across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space inclusive of 360 influencer marketing capabilities such as sponsored campaign management, paid media/boosting, brand lift studies and more.
Rooted in data, analytics and insights, ShopStyle Collective allows influencers to grow and monetize their content resulting in key metrics that can be leveraged and inform clients’ and business decisions within the overall influencer & creator ecosystem.

- Own and manage key partnerships and follow through on execution of long-term affiliate strategies and revenue reporting
- Deliver and exceed against quarterly and semi-annual revenue targets through affiliate marketing commissions and revenue share deals
- Work in concert with sales Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers to set affiliate strategy and roadmaps for enterprise accounts
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across cross functional teams
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Have an active role in growing partnerships through presentation of opportunities and negotiation, strategic account planning and designing innovative affiliate campaigns and products for partners

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing and/or influencer marketing; sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
- Analytical approach to identifying and solving client issues
- Experience working cross functionally with teams such as Marketing and Brand Strategy
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products, Google Suite, Keynote & Salesforce
- Experience working with data insights software such as Looker, Google Analytics or Tableau
At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base salary for this role will be between $78,624.00- $120,000.00. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
